Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Textile Designer located in Bengaluru. The Junior Textile Designer will be responsible for creating and developing textile patterns, embroidery designs, and graphics. Daily tasks include collaborating with the design team, experimenting with different textiles and prints, and contributing to the overall design strategy. The role also involves working closely with clients to ensure their custom design needs are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Embroidery and Textile Prints
• Skills in Graphics and Graphic Design
• Knowledge of Textiles and textile-related applications
• Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Textile Design, or related field
• Experience in the home interiors industry is a plus

Interview Process:

• Initial Application Review: Resumes and portfolios will be carefully reviewed based on the qualifications and demonstrated passion for textile design.
• First Round Interview (In-Person): Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an initial interview with a member of our design team or HR to discuss their background, design interests, and portfolio in more detail.
• Portfolio Review and Design Exercise: Candidates progressing to the next stage may be asked to present their portfolio in detail and/or complete a small design-related task to assess their creative and technical skills.
• Final Interview (In-Person): Final candidates will meet with senior members of the design team or management for a more in-depth discussion about their suitability for the role and company culture.
• Offer: Successful candidates will receive an offer of employment.
