Requirements:

ONLY FOR FRESHERS

1. Basic computer skills are essential

2. Good communication skills and good speaking and writing in English will be a big advantage.

3. Minimum qualification is 12th.

4. A strong desire to learn and a committed work ethic are essential.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Monitoring email inboxes for incoming messages and responding to them in a timely manner.

2. Drafting and composing emails to send to clients, customers, or colleagues as needed.

3. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.

4. Coordinating with colleagues, customs officials and clients.

5. Handling paperwork and documentation with care.

In 6 months of our training period, we will be giving training about

1. How to use, Electronically connected on the EDI Platform of Indian Customs for filing of Customs entries, assessment and payment of duties, taxes and etc..

2. Preparing and Handling customs documentation and providing complete documentation support to Exporters & Importers.

3. Maintaining records and documentation: You will be responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date records of customs transactions and related documents

4 Reaching out to potential clients through email and securing new business.

Overall, In this role, you will be a crucial member in our customs clearance team, helping to ensure that our customers are satisfied

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
