Junior STEM & Robotics Engineer / Mentor

As a Junior STEM & Robotics Engineer / Mentor at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality STEM education to school students and contributing to innovative educational projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering robotics, electronics, and coding sessions for students aged 8-16 in various settings such as classrooms, labs, and workshops - Conducting educational workshops, competitions, and training programs at schools and centers - Collaborating with the R&D team to conceptualize, prototype, and test new STEM education tools and projects - Assisting in creating and refining curriculum content, training kits, and learning materials - Providing technical support during classes, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware - Traveling locally to conduct sessions or support events when necessary To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields - Strong understanding of robotics, electronics, and/or programming concepts - Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when working with younger learners - Passion for education, mentoring, and hands-on STEM learning - Ability to work collaboratively in both classroom and development environments - Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus (but not mandatory) We are committed to diversity and inclusion in our hiring process.
