As a Junior STEM & Robotics Engineer / Mentor based in Anekal, Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality STEM education to school students while actively participating in our R&D initiatives. Your responsibilities will include conducting robotics, electronics, and coding sessions for students aged 8-16, organizing educational workshops, competitions, and training programs, as well as contributing to the conceptualization, prototyping, and testing of new STEM education tools and projects within the R&D team. In this role, you will also assist in creating and refining curriculum content, training kits, and learning materials, provide technical support during classes, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, and be willing to travel locally to conduct sessions or support events when necessary. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. A strong understanding of robotics, electronics, and/or programming concepts is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when working with younger learners. A passion for education, mentoring, and hands-on STEM learning, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in both classroom and development environments, are also key requirements. Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus but not mandatory.
