Junior Software Developer (Fresher)

As a candidate for this full-time position based in Mahape, Navi Mumbai, you are expected to have a certain level of technical proficiency and familiarity with various programming languages and web development concepts. While freshers are not required to be experts, it is essential to showcase hands-on experience in the following areas. Firstly, you should have a basic exposure to programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, Git, and SQL/NoSQL databases like Postgres and MongoDB. Additionally, a good understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and familiarity with React.js or Angular is preferred. Moreover, you are expected to be acquainted with RESTful APIs, exposure to AI/ML concepts, and experience with Python ML libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, FastAPI, and Langchain. Knowledge of Machine Learning principles, supervised vs unsupervised learning, and basic concepts of LLMs or Prompt Engineering are also desirable. Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts, as well as having worked on AI/ML projects, either academically, in hackathons, or on personal GitHub repositories, will be advantageous. Awareness of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. In terms of educational background, candidates with a degree in B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc, or MCA in Computer Science or related fields are preferred.
