Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Marketing Manager to assist in developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate has a passion for social media, content creation, and analytics, with a strong understanding of various platforms and digital marketing trends. Content Creation & Management: Develop and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Write compelling posts, create graphics, and produce short-form videos tailored to data science professionals and enthusiasts. Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, research, and company updates in an engaging manner. Community Engagement & Growth: Monitor industry trends, discussions, and influencers in the data science and analytics space. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and participate in relevant conversations. Build relationships with key industry influencers, thought leaders, and communities. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and Twitter Analytics. Provide reports on engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness. Use data insights to refine content strategy and optimize performance. Advertising & Campaign Support: Assist in running paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility. Work with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader digital marketing strategies. Industry Research & Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in the tech and analytics space. Research competitors and identify new opportunities for content and engagement. Key responsibilities: 1. Track key metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 2. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.) to measure performance. 3. Generate reports and provide insights to optimize campaigns. 4. Identify trends, audience behaviors, and content performance. 5. Present findings and recommendations to marketing teams.
