Job Description

Responsibilities

Attend client meetings to understand content needs and campaign goals
Collaborate with the creative team to develop platform-specific content.
Create and publish content in multiple formats including:
Short-form videos
Static creatives and carousels
Captions, hashtags, and copywriting for social posts
Coordinate with designers and editors as needed
Monitor content performance and make improvement suggestions
Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Support the planning and execution of content calendars

Requirements:

6-12 months of experience in a social media/content creation role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in client-facing interactions
Basic video editing skills (mobile or desktop platforms like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus)
Good sense of visual aesthetics and content storytelling
Familiarity with social media platforms, their features, and audience behaviors
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and take initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,224.74 - ₹43,015.71 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
