Junior Revit MEP Modeler

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled BIM MEP Modeler with more than 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating MEP models using BIM standards to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) BIM models in Revit (and other BIM tools).
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings as per project requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure model accuracy.
• Produce shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
• Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and maintain compliance with project-specific BIM standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with engineers/designers to resolve issues.
• Update models based on redlines, markups, or client feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and drawings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:
