Job Description

Looking for a motivated Junior Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the Critical Care department at Aster MIMS Kannur. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong foundation in respiratory therapy, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-quality patient care and support in the critical care unit.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in critical care.
Possess strong knowledge of respiratory therapy principles and practices.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
