Role:
We’re looking for a fast, creative, and trend-aware Junior Editor who can produce eye-catching Instagram Reels and Stories that engage audiences and support digital campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3 months of experience editing content for Instagram or short-form platforms (freelance/internship accepted)
• Certified course in video editing, social media content creation, or digital storytelling is mandatory
• Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Familiarity with Instagram trends, audio syncing, hook points, transitions, and 9:16 video formats

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form vertical videos (Reels/Stories) aligned with campaign goals
• Apply trending transitions, overlays, captions, emojis, and background music
• Repurpose long-form or raw content into impactful, short pieces
• Ensure edits are optimized for visual retention and mobile-first performance
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and ad teams for creative execution

Bonus Skills:

• Basic motion graphics (animated text, icons, or elements)
• Experience editing social media ads or influencer-style videos
• Understanding of CTA placement and performance-driven video flow
