Junior Psychologist

As a Junior Psychologist at Dr. Prerna Kohli & Associates / MindTribe.in, you will have the exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment alongside experienced professionals in the field of psychology. This position is specifically designed for fresh psychologists who have successfully completed their Masters or MPhil degrees in Psychology. Please note that candidates with only a bachelor's degree will not be considered for this role. During the probationary period of 11 months, you will be fully immersed in the mental health eco-system, where you will receive extensive mentorship and guidance from seasoned psychologists. Your responsibilities will primarily involve conducting psychological research and providing counseling under supervision. It is important to note that you are expected to dedicate your full-time commitment to this role and are not permitted to engage in any other employment or educational pursuits. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, you will be absorbed into the company as a permanent member of the team. In addition to a fixed salary, this position offers monetary incentives to recognize and reward your contributions. You will also receive comprehensive training in various areas including social, commercial, soft, and technical skills essential for excelling as a psychologist. Ideal candidates for this position are individuals with less than 0-12 months of prior experience (excluding internships). It is essential to highlight that internships should not be considered as part of your experience when applying for this role.
