Junior Product Designer / Product Design Intern

As a Product Design Intern/Junior Product Designer at Clearte, a boutique studio specializing in custom blown glass lighting, your role will involve assisting in the design and development of custom blown glass lighting products. You will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and design plans using AutoCAD and Rhino, producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations with Rhino and KeyShot, supporting rendering, prototyping, and presentation of design concepts, collaborating with the team on design iterations and improvements, contributing creative ideas, participating in brainstorming sessions, and assisting with documentation, project coordination, and design execution. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the design and development of custom blown glass lighting products. - Create detailed technical drawings and design plans using AutoCAD and Rhino. - Produce high-quality 3D models and visualizations with Rhino and KeyShot. - Support rendering, prototyping, and presentation of design concepts. - Collaborate with the team on design iterations and improvements. - Contribute creative ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions. - Assist with documentation, project coordination, and design execution. Qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Product Design, B.Des, or Lighting Design. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in AutoCAD. - Expertise in Rhino (mandatory). - Rendering skills in KeyShot (mandatory). - Working knowledge of Blender. - Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. - Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and a passion for product design.
