Vin Media is hiring: Part-Time Junior PR Associate

(Remote role)

Vin Media is a boutique creative agency in its bootstrap phase. We believe in working with people, not managing them. You wont be hounded or micromanaged: our focus is on results, relationships, and meeting deadlines.

This is a part-time role (20-25 hours per week) where youll help amplify the stories of our digital-first B2B clients in the USA.

We dont believe in spammy blasts or paid PR. Our focus is on organic, thoughtful outreach that connects founders and brands with the right media conversations.

What Youll Do

  1. Research and build lists of relevant US-based journalists, podcasts, and event opportunities.
  2. Send a minimum of 15 personalized PR emails per day across multiple clients using provided templates (with ChatGPT to support drafting).
  3. Follow up with journalists, track responses, and log activity consistently.
  4. Maintain updated media lists in Google Sheets/CRM.
  5. Support press release distribution and media content coordination.
  6. Share a simple weekly summary of outreach and responses.

What Were Looking For

  1. Strong written English with attention to detail.
  2. Comfort using ChatGPT, Google Sheets, and Gmail.
  3. Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated, you keep promises and meet daily targets.
  4. No fixed experience requirement: students and freshers in PR, communications, or journalism are encouraged to apply.
  5. Awareness of basic journalism and PR principles, you understand what makes a story newsworthy, and you actively follow current affairs, industry news, and media trends.
