Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Placement Officer to coordinate and manage student placement activities. The ideal candidate will build strong industry connections, prepare students for job opportunities, and ensure successful placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies for placement opportunities.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, internships, and job fairs.
• Maintain placement records, reports, and feedback from companies and students.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align student capabilities with industry requirements.
• Promote the institution’s talent pool to relevant industry sectors.
• Act as a liaison between students, companies, and academic departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
