Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Mange and Maintain IT related Hardware and Software
Administer Servers, Desktop computers, Printers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Cameras, Software deployment, Security updates and patches
Manage and maintain LAN and WAN Connectivity
Perform Backup/Restore activity as per SOP
Maintain and secure file system security and data integrity for Desktop / Laptop environment
Manage QC related activities
Manage Local IT related purchase; maintain inventory on IT related accessories
Troubleshoot IT related problems reported by users
Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet. and intranet systems
install and maintain network hardware and software
Analyze and isolate issues
Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users
Evaluate and modify system's performance
