Junior Officer - Electrical

Role Overview: As a Jr officer/Officer/Sr. Officer Electrician at Bunge, located in Kandla, Gujarat, India, your role is to carry out planned or unplanned maintenance activities and repair activities on various electrical systems of the plant. Key Responsibilities: - Solve daily breakdown related activities in your respective shift to ensure zero breakdowns. - Follow preventive and predictive maintenance procedures to minimize equipment breakdowns by taking proactive actions. - Utilize predictive tools like vibration monitor and thermal camera to prevent machinery from reaching fail mode. - Maintain a daily log sheet and record the daily power usage of the plant. - Manage power distribution from different power sources effectively. - Ensure cleanliness of all equipment installations. - Read and understand manuals and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot electrical systems. - Maintain instrument and workplace hygiene standards and implement work standards like 5s, kaizen, and root cause analysis to address frequent breakdowns. Qualification Required: - Knowledge about 66Kv transformer handling, panel board operations, and distribution procedures handling DG sets. - Experience in preventive maintenance of electrical & instrumentation equipment, cabling and fittings of electrical equipment, instrumentation installations operational procedures, and automation. - ITI (Electrical, Instrumentation) qualification. - 4-6 years of relevant experience.,
