As a Junior Office Administrator at Sphere BRAINOBRAIN KIDS ACADEMY, Tuticorin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing data efficiently using Microsoft Excel and MS Word - Handling email communication and internet tasks - Assisting in fees collection and tele-calling activities - Creating and editing content, as well as managing the social media presence - Maintaining student records and database accurately - Assisting in preparing reports and presentations - Coordinating effectively with teachers, parents, and staff - Handling daily correspondence and mail promptly - Providing excellent customer service to parents and students - Performing other administrative tasks as required Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience in a related field or a leadership role - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and social media apps - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Female candidates with experience in content creation and editing are preferred Additional Skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Content creation and editing - Social media management - Tele-calling and communication skills Location: Millerpuram Campus, OPP VOC College, Tuticorin Interview Time: 4pm-6pm Working Hours: 10am to 2pm & 3.30pm to 6.45pm Priority given to candidates within 3kms radius.
