Job Title : Junior Merchandiser Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our team. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will assist in planning, developing, and executing merchandising strategies to drive sales and revenue growth. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of merchandise plans. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing merchandising strategies and plans - Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to inform merchandising decisions - Collaborate with design team to develop product lines and collections - Coordinate with production team to ensure timely and quality delivery of products - Assist in managing inventory levels, stock levels, and product lifecycle - Provide insights and recommendations to improve merchandising strategies and product performance - Support sales team with product knowledge and sales enablement materials - Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Business, or related field - 0-2 years of experience in merchandising or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and merchandising software Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with product development, sourcing, and production planning - Knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market analysis - Certification in merchandising or related field Show more Show less
