About the job: About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Junior Merchandiser & Marketing Associate for our Garment buying agency in Mumbai to assist in managing email communication, maintaining excels, ensuring quality control, creating presentations, handling new enquiries and leads, conducting brand research, and helping prepare packages for our Buyers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills, along with a strong passion for marketing and merchandising. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing email communications, leads, and ongoing enquiries. 2. Maintain and update Excel sheets related to collections, enquiries, and supplier follow-ups. 3. Conduct quality control checks as per brand requirements. 4. Create presentations based on collections for Buyer meetings. 6. Carry out brand research to support product development and marketing strategies. 7. Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely follow-ups. 8. Making packages as per the brand research. 9. Support the senior merchandiser and senior marketing associate in delegated tasks. Must-Haves: 1. A 0-2 years of relevant experience is what we are looking 2. Applicant should ideally be staying within 1 hour of the office 3. English fluency is needed as all business is to be done with overseas buyers, for exports. What We Offer: 1. Competitive salary 2.
