Junior Mechanical Engineer

As a Production Technician at Tetra Pak, your role involves efficiently performing machine operations tasks following established procedures to ensure good quality output as per norms. You will also be required to learn WCM and AM skills to build sustainable performance for the future. Key Responsibilities: - Perform machine operations tasks efficiently according to established procedures - Ensure good quality output as per established norms - Learn and apply WCM and AM skills for sustainable performance Qualifications Required: - 3-8 years of production process knowledge as skilled technicians with a Diploma - Basic knowledge of one process/equipment group - Knowledge of WCM and ability to apply TPM/WCM methodologies for troubleshooting In this permanent role based at Chakan, Pune, your key outputs and measurements will include: - Responsible for day-to-day production according to planning for on-time delivery - Perform self-quality checks and report any abnormal issues - Ensure self-safety operation and participate in daily improvement activities - Participate in team WCM/5S activities and meet company's requirements - Adhere to company discipline and SOP/JSA during daily work Functional Competencies critical for success: - PE Manufacturing techniques - PE WCM - Autonomous maintenance step 1-3 - PE WCM - Autonomous maintenance step 4-5 - L&ISC Product knowledge If you are looking for a variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a global landscape, Tetra Pak offers you a culture that fosters innovation and values diversity.
