About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle O & M chiller system, O & M AHU system, and O & M pump system. 2. Control and monitor systems. 3. Maintain breakdown, shurtdown, PPM, and documentation. 4. Keep detailed records of work performed. 5. Recommend maintenance for improving system performance. 6. Troubleshoot HVAC systems. 7.
