Junior Learning Designer

As a Junior Learning Designer, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in education technology, Instructional Design, or a related field. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing learning experiences. Proficiency in computer skills is essential for this role. You should be able to work independently on a computer, utilizing basic office applications, internet, and email. Moreover, you must possess the ability to draft and edit presentations, documents, and spreadsheets without requiring assistance. Your work experience should include expertise in user experience (UX) design for e-learning platforms. Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software is preferred. Furthermore, knowledge of competency-based learning design and familiarity with the principles of instructional design are crucial for success in this role.
