About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Collect and prepare samples of raw materials, in-process feed, and finished products for lab analysis. 2. Perform routine chemical and physical tests such as moisture, protein, fat, fiber, ash, pH, and other quality parameters. 3. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment effectively. 4. Record test results accurately and update lab records and software systems. 5. Ensure all testing procedures follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols. 6. Report any deviations, out-of-spec results, or unusual findings to the Lab Supervisor. 7. Assist with calibration and routine maintenance of lab instruments. 8. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment. 9. Participate in internal audits and contribute to lab improvement efforts.
