Junior Interior Estimator

As a Civil Engineer or Interior Designer with 8-12 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Interior Work, your role will involve interpreting drawings, taking-off quantities, preparing bill of quantities, cost estimates, and evaluating quotations. You will also be responsible for preparing comparative statements and conducting rate analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Calculate quantities and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) - Calculate item rates and prepare comparative statements - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) - Capable of taking out quantities using AutoCAD drawings Qualifications Required: - Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design - 8-12 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Interior Work The company expects you to have a thorough understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices, along with excellent skills in interpreting drawings and preparing accurate quantity estimates. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location will be on the road, and the expected start date is 02/05/2025.
