We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Designer to join our dynamic team The Junior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation. Responsibilities Lead Design Projects: Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and marketing teams, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them in the development of their skills and the execution of design projects. Conceptualize and Design: Generate innovative design concepts and develop them into polished visual designs across various mediums, including digital and print. User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles, conducting user research and incorporating feedback to improve the usability and effectiveness of designs. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design assets and communication channels. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, integrating them into design processes as appropriate. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with project requirements. Presentation Skills: Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders clearly and compellingly, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessary. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and communicating project status updates to relevant stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, typography, and layout. Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools. Solid understanding of user interface (UI) design principles and best practices. Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively. Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting. Experience with motion graphics, animation, or prototyping tools is a plus. A passion for design and a desire to push the boundaries of creativity.
