Junior Interior Architect

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Interior Designer to become a part of our team. The perfect candidate must possess practical experience in residential projects, a solid design flair, and proficiency in design software. Your primary duty will involve overseeing projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include comprehending client needs and transforming them into design concepts, generating 3D views and material boards, selecting appropriate materials, colors, finishes, and furnishings in alignment with the design theme, conducting site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks, collaborating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers, aiding in budgeting, BOQ preparation, and project timelines, presenting design concepts and updates to clients during meetings, ensuring timely project completion and client contentment, and staying informed on design trends and new materials. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field, possess expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, and Photoshop, demonstrate a profound understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning, exhibit excellent communication and client management abilities, show capability in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines, and have experience in site supervision.
