Role Overview: As an Implementation Engineer at Zenskar, you will have the exciting opportunity to create technical playbooks from scratch to support customer onboarding. You will work closely with the founders and collaborate with tech, design, and product teams to ensure accurate configuration, data migration, and workflow setup for customer implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end onboarding and configuration for customers by understanding billing logic, usage patterns, and data schemas to configure Zenskar accurately. - Execute technical setup across contracts, pricing, metering, invoicing, workflows, and data models. - Write scripts (primarily JavaScript) for migration, data transformation, and configuration automation. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues, provide structured technical feedback, and prepare handoffs for interventions. - Participate in pilots and onboarding cycles, run tests, validate workflows, and debug API flows, data ingestion processes, and configuration anomalies. - Create technical notes, runbooks, and configuration references for each implementation, contribute to internal wikis and onboarding playbooks, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams. Qualifications Required: - 13 years of hands-on experience in implementation, engineering, or delivery roles. - Computer Science graduates with basic coding or scripting skills (JavaScript preferred). - Strong problem-solving ability with an execution-first mindset. - Comfortable understanding and implementing workflows, data structures, and basic SaaS concepts. - Exposure to APIs and ability to debug simple integrations. - Background in product or services environments. - Hungry, hardworking, highly coachable, with high ownership and proactive work ethic. - Enjoy a fast-moving setup and not taking yourself too seriously.
