Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Immigration Counselors to join our dynamic team in our Kaloor branch. This role involves guiding students and professionals through their overseas education or immigration process. Freshers with a passion for counseling and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and updated information regarding overseas education/immigration opportunities
• Counsel clients based on their profiles, eligibility, and preferences
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful applications
• Maintain client records and documentation systematically
• Coordinate with internal teams and international institutions or agencies
• Assist with application form filling, documentation, and visa processing
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and service quality

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
• Graduation in any discipline (preferred: BA, BCom, BBA, etc.)
• Experienced and Fresher candidates with passion in sales can also apply.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment
