Junior Graphics Designer

• Profinch Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphics Designer
• to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint
• and Adobe Illustrator. This is a great opportunity for freshers or those with up to 2 years
• of experience to gain hands-on exposure to diverse design projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and format visually compelling PowerPoint presentations as per brand guidelines
• Create vector illustrations, icons, infographics, and other design assets using Adobe Illustrator
• Support the team with collaterals for branding, marketing
• Contribute design ideas during brainstorming sessions
• Ensure design consistency and maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Solid understanding of basic design principles including typography, layout, and colour theory.

Good-to-Have Skills / Interest in:

• Video Creation / Editing (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI tools)
• Knowledge of WordPress Design

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

Soft Skills:

• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and take feedback
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage timelines.
