Role Overview You will be joining our team as a Junior Graphic Designer where you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and support marketing campaigns across various platforms. Key Responsibilities - Design a variety of marketing materials, social media creatives, website graphics, presentations, and print collaterals. - Assist senior designers in developing engaging visual content for campaigns. - Adapt and resize designs for different platforms while ensuring brand consistency. - Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to transform ideas into impactful designs. - Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to contribute innovative ideas. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools. - Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles. - Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing is a bonus. - Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. - Effective communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.
