Junior Graphic Designer

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer in our team, your primary responsibility will be to design high-quality creatives on a daily basis, catering to various platforms like social media, ad banners, and packaging. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that the visuals resonate with our target audience. Additionally, you will be expected to keep up-to-date with design trends and manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Designing 5-6 high-quality creatives daily, such as social media posts, ad banners, stories, and reel thumbnails. - Assisting in the development of branding materials like logos, brochures, flyers, packaging, and pitch decks. - Collaborating with marketing and content teams to create visually appealing designs that resonate with audiences. - Ensuring brand consistency across all designs and campaigns. - Staying informed about current design trends and social media formats. - Managing multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools. - Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout composition. - Experience in designing for social media and digital marketing assets. - Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. - Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred). Additional Company Details: Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time, permanent position located in person. Bonus skills such as familiarity with Figma, awareness of design trends, and the ability to conceptualize campaign ideas with minimal input would be advantageous.
