Junior Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer at our company, your role will involve designing creatives for various purposes such as upcoming app events, collaterals, offline marketing, and social media layouts. It is essential to maintain consistency across all designs as per brand guidelines and create meaningful designs that reflect functionality. Your responsibilities will also include staying updated on the latest design trends, suggesting improvements for the brand's design tonality, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, and collaborating with various teams. Key Responsibilities: - Designing creatives for app events, collaterals, marketing, and social media with consistency. - Keeping up-to-date with design trends and providing inputs for enhancing brand design. - Illustrating concepts through art arrangement, size, type size, and style for approval. - Coordinating with art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues. - Creating graphics and layouts for illustrations, logos, and websites using software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. - Reviewing final layouts and proposing improvements when necessary. - Understanding Brand Identity and Branding. - Bonus Points: Knowledge of animation in After Effects, ability to create basic videos and GIFs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design or related field. - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in desktop publishing tools: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. - Strong eye for visual composition. - Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. - Openness to constructive criticism. - Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design. - Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant software.,
