Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support Filmbaker’s creative team by designing visual assets that enhance storytelling across digital videos, marketing campaigns, and brand content. You’ll work closely with video editors, motion designers, and producers to bring ideas to life with strong visual impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital graphics for video thumbnails, social media, banners, web, and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with video editors and motion graphics teams to ensure visual consistency across projects.
• Support creation of illustrations, title treatments, infographics, and layout designs.
• Assist in refining brand identity elements and visual templates.
• Work on multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Diploma / degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
✔ 0–2 years experience (internship or freelance work counts)✔ Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
✔ Basic understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and composition✔ Eagerness to learn motion design (After Effects) or video graphics is a bonus✔ Portfolio or samples showing design sensibility and creativity

Nice-to-Have

• Basic After Effects / Premiere Pro familiarity
• Understanding of social media design trends
• Experience or interest in video production workflows

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
