Role Overview:

DTC Group is looking for a creative Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will not just be editing videos; you will be visualising the lifestyle of our customers. Role & responsibilities:

• Video Editing & Post-Production:

  Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Property Walkthroughs. You must ensure high viewer retention through effective pacing, dynamic transitions, sound design (SFX), and colour grading.

• Graphic Design:

  Design high-quality social media creatives, brochures, newsletters, and hoardings that align with our brand guidelines.

• Visual Storytelling:

  Transform raw site footage into aspirational stories. You must be able to interpret scripts and visualise the final output before editing begins.

• Workflow Management:

  Organise and maintain a structured library of content assets. Ensure timelines are managed efficiently to meet marketing deadlines.

• Trend Adaptation:

  Stay updated on the latest video trends, platform formats, and viral audio tracks to ensure our content remains relevant.

Essential Skills (Must Have):

1. Adobe Creative Cloud Proficiency:

   Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

2. Content Strategy:

   Deep understanding of social media "Hooks" and retention techniques. You know precisely how to grab attention in the first 3 seconds.

3. Technical Expertise:

   Competence in Colour Correction, Typography, and Audio Synchronisation.

4. Design Principles:

   A solid foundation in layout, hierarchy, and colour theory suitable for a premium brand.

Desirable Skills (Preferred):

• Familiarity with 3D software (Blender/3ds Max) for basic rendering or architectural visualisation.
