Junior Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

The Junior Fusion HCM Technical Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting the technical development and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. Your responsibilities will include working on customizations, extensions, integrations, and technical troubleshooting to ensure the smooth functioning of the system. You will be expected to develop and customize Oracle Fusion HCM applications using Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other tools. Additionally, you will assist in integrating Fusion HCM with other systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing support for Fusion HCM implementations and upgrades. Documenting technical designs, configurations, and procedures will also be part of your role, along with offering technical support to end-users and functional consultants. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Ideally, you should have 1-3 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM applications and possess proficiency in Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other Oracle development tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with effective communication and teamwork abilities, are essential.
