Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sampling and testing of Raw materials, Packaging materials, Water samples, In process samples, Finished Products & stability samples.
Conduct method validation, transfer, and verification as per ICH guidelines.
To conduct preparation of laboratory reagents and volumetric solutions required for chemical analysis.
Preparation of SOPs, standard testing procedures and specifications for the general applications and instruments of QC laboratory.
Ensure instrument calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Prepare analytical reports, COAs, and documentation in compliance with GMP/GLP.
Appropriate record keeping including logbooks, calibrations record etc.
The quality and timeliness of the analysis
Proactive measures taken to ensure quality standards are always met
Adherence to quality control procedures and compliance with GLP & GMP
Inter-departmental co-ordination
Alignment to companies core values
