Job Description

As a Junior Engineer- Quality at Flex, your role involves working closely with the Engineering team to ensure supplier process capability meets the product and process requirements. You will be responsible for supporting the supplier approval process, new product launches, root cause analysis of quality issues, and continuous improvement initiatives using techniques like Lean, Six-Sigma, and Poka-Yoke. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing documentation of inspection results, monitoring supplier product quality, reporting on Key Performance Indicators, participating in cross-functional teams, and managing supplier cost recovery for quality issues. Additionally, you will be involved in internal and external audit readiness, undertaking special projects, contributing to continuous improvement activities, and conducting benchmarking studies. Qualifications Required: - B.E / B.Tech in ECE / EEE / IC / Mechanical / Mechatronics - 0-2 years of experience in APQP, PPAP, FMEA in a Manufacturing setup, preferably in EMS Industry - Lean Manufacturing knowledge - Knowledge of quality and business systems - Understanding of measurement techniques, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes - Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English In this role, you will receive benefits such as Health Insurance and PTO.
