JUNIOR ENGINEER OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE

Role Overview: As a Junior Engineer Operations & Maintenance (O&M), you will be an integral part of the facilities services team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operations and maintenance of the facilities, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and upholding high safety and efficiency standards. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections of various systems, equipment, and facilities to identify and rectify any malfunctions or issues promptly. - Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to operations. - Troubleshoot and repair Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems, including PHE and HVAC. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and work orders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance in compliance with regulatory standards. - Manage and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion of all tasks. - Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repair and maintenance work. - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and identify innovative solutions. Qualification Required: - Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Operations & Maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems, including PHE and HVAC, along with facility documentation and compliance (PCB, Fire, Electrical, Lift, Municipal, etc.). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the facilities services industry.
