Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of all MEP site activities as per project schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
Review MEP drawings, specifications, and ensure adherence to design standards.
Supervise installation of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical and Plumbing systems.
Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
Prepare daily site reports, material tracking sheets, and progress documentation.
Identify site issues and support resolution to avoid delays.
Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction site execution.
Ability to read and interpret drawings (MEP, layout, coordination drawings).
Good understanding of project planning, material handling, and site execution.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to work on-site.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Knowledge of local codes, regulations and safety standards is an added advantage.
