Junior Engineer Maintenance Mechanical

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections, troubleshooting and fixing equipment issues, assisting in preventive maintenance execution, monitoring machinery performance, and assisting in developing schedules and procedures to minimize downtime. You should have knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, mechanical fixtures and assemblies, as well as autonomous maintenance steps, MTBF, MTTR. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and inspections - Troubleshoot and fix equipment issues - Assist in preventive maintenance execution - Monitor machinery performance - Assist in developing schedules and procedures to minimize downtime - Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, mechanical fixtures and assemblies - Knowledge of autonomous maintenance steps, MTBF, MTTR Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree or B Tech in Mechanical - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in any manufacturing Industry in Maintenance Department - Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, mechanical fixtures and assemblies is essential - Adherence to autonomous maintenance steps, MTBF, MTTR Additional Details: This is a permanent role based at Chakan, Pune.
