Junior Engineer - Flight Control Systems

You are a dynamic and motivated Engineer being sought to join a team dedicated to UAV flight control system development. Your role will involve assisting in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining flight control software and hardware for UAV operations, offering a valuable opportunity to contribute to UAV technology and aerospace systems. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing flight control systems for fixed-wing and VTOL aircraft, conducting system modelling, simulation, and analysis to assess control system performance, creating control algorithms and software for flight control systems, performing hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and validation, collaborating with aerodynamics, avionics, and systems engineering teams for system integration, supporting flight testing and analyzing data to enhance control system performance, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and regulations, preparing technical documentation such as system specifications, test plans, and reports, troubleshooting and resolving issues during development and testing phases, and staying updated on flight control technologies to implement innovative solutions for system improvement.,
