Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Office coordination and day-to-day administrative work
  • Preparation and maintenance of documents, files, and records
  • Drafting letters, emails, and reports
  • Data entry and coordination with technical staff
  • Assisting management in routine office activities

  • Assist in civil engineering design, drawings, and estimates
  • Support senior engineers in water supply & sewerage projects
  • Site supervision and coordination (if required)
  • Preparation of BOQs, DPRs, and technical documents
  • Ensure work as per standards and project requirements

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in BA or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Email
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team

  • Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
  • AutoCAD knowledge preferred
  • Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts
  • Good communication and coordination skills
