About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce Specialist to manage our brand presence across market places. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM) , Myntra Seller Central and be skilled in downloading and analyzing FBA reports , as well as tracking and resolving issues related to lost and damaged units .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Amazon , Myntra, Flipkart Seller Central (FBA & FBM) operations, including shipment creation, catalog updates, and troubleshooting issues.
Audit accounts for eligible reimbursements/refunds
Raise & track claims with Amazon, e-commerce platforms & carriers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
