Role Summary

Turn creative ideas into clear design documentsillustrations, tech packs, and size chartsso production runs smoothly and clients get exactly what they envisioned.

Responsibilities

Create detailed design illustrations (front/back/3D views where needed).
Prepare complete tech packs with size charts, specs, and BOMs.
Work closely with Creative Head on concepts and collections.
Assist in client meetings, capturing customization needs and translating them into updated designs.
Keep all design files/photos well-organized in Google Drive + offline.
Ensure garments match specs; follow up on fit/sample adjustments.
Make digital collages for clients (proposed looks, inspirations, styling).
Stay active in team communications and project updates.

Skills

3–6 years fashion design/production development experience.
Strong Illustrator/Photoshop; knowledge of fabrics, prints, embroidery.
Understanding of patterns, grading, and garment construction.
Clear communication and client-facing experience.
Bonus: experience with smocking/stretch fits or bridal customization.
