Junior Designer

As the Junior Designer, you will be responsible for bringing bold design ideas to life across various platforms such as digital, print, and retail, thus shaping how the world experiences our brand. Your key responsibilities will include taking ownership of design across social media, packaging, print, retail, and digital platforms. You will lead the creation of brand assets and ensure visual execution is of the highest standard. Additionally, you will drive visual narratives across marketing, product, and content, actively shaping campaigns from concept to final design. As the Brand Custodian, you will uphold and evolve our visual identity, ensuring that all designs align with our brand standards and elevate our presence. In this role, you will also showcase your creative leadership by participating in brainstorming sessions, creating strong moodboards, crafting compelling mockups, and developing high-quality layouts. It is essential to own your growth journey by seeking feedback, staying updated on design trends, and refining your expertise in branding, typography, layout, and color theory. You will be expected to have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to deliver projects on time and with precision. Maintaining a well-organized library of design files and templates will enable smooth workflow across teams. To qualify for this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a design or branding role. Your portfolio should demonstrate smart, intentional branding work in addition to good design. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required, with familiarity in Figma considered a bonus. A natural eye for design, typography, and emerging creative trends, along with strong time management, autonomy, and problem-solving skills, are essential.
