Junior Designer and Video Editor

As a Junior Designer & Video Editor at Tilt, you will play a crucial role in bringing the brand to life across various platforms. Here's what you'll be responsible for: Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating visually striking designs for social media posts, stories, and carousels. Additionally, you will develop graphics for website banners, emailers, and packaging. Your support in evolving the brand identity across new formats and campaigns will be key. Key Responsibilities: - Design visually striking content for social media platforms - Develop graphics for website banners, emailers, and packaging - Support in evolving the brand identity across new formats and campaigns - Edit reels, campaign videos, podcast snippets, and behind-the-scenes content - Adapt content for various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and web - Add motion graphics, subtitles, and basic sound design where needed Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar) - Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and brand consistency - Eye for pop culture, trends, and understanding of Gen Z and millennial audiences - Ability to work with quick turnarounds and adapt to a playful, fast-growing brand - Bonus points if you love memes, wear cool bras, and have opinions on typefaces In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work with a brand that celebrates real bodies and bold ideas. The salary ranges from 30,000 to 35,000 per month, based on experience, and the work location is in DN Nagar, Andheri West, with a five-day workweek from Monday to Friday.
