Job Title : Junior Dentist Location : Asian Dental Clinic, Dhakoli, Zirakpur (Punjab) Job Type : Full-time Experience : 0–2 years Education : BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) Salary : Based on skills & experience (plus performance incentives) About Us Asian Dental Clinic is a modern, ethical, and rapidly growing dental practice located in Dhakoli, Zirakpur. We’re now looking for a junior dentist who is eager to learn, grow, and deliver high-quality treatment with a patient-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Assist in diagnosis and treatment planning under the supervision of the senior dentist Assist / Perform basic procedures such as scaling, restorations (fillings), extractions, and patient education Maintain accurate records of patient care, prescriptions, and treatment plans Follow clinic hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols Communicate effectively with patients and staff in a courteous, respectful manner Take intraoral photographs, impressions, and assist in case documentation Learn and adapt to advanced procedures over time (RCTs, aligners, cosmetic dentistry) Requirements BDS from a recognized dental college (Interns awaiting registration may also apply) Good clinical knowledge and willingness to learn under mentorship Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of chairside manners, sterilization & case documentation Residing in or willing to relocate near Zirakpur/Dhakoli preferred What We Offer Supportive learning environment with direct mentorship Exposure to a wide variety of dental cases Growth opportunities in advanced procedures Friendly and professional work culture Regular clinical training and feedback sessions Performance-based incentives How to Apply: Send your CV , recent passport-sized photograph , and a short note on why you want to join our clinic to: Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Freelance Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹8,429.76 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/07/2025
