Junior Data Analyst

• 
  Database Management & SQL: Write, run, and optimize SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and clean data from relational databases.
• Dashboarding & BI: Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Operational Analysis: Analyze operational datasets - including call logs, messaging interaction volumes - to ensure accurate reporting and track usage trends.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct quick, data-driven deep dives using Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas) to resolve immediate operational queries.
• Data Quality & Collaboration: Validate data accuracy before publishing reports and collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in a data analyst or business intelligence role (or freshers with strong technical project).
• SQL: Proficiency in writing queries using joins, aggregations, conditional logic, and subqueries/window functions.
• Power BI: Hands-on experience building reports, managing relationships in data models, and writing basic DAX measures.
• Excel: Advanced proficiency in Excel (XLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, PivotTables, formatting, data manipulation).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.
