Junior Data Analyst

You are a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to provide actionable insights supporting decision-making and enhancing business outcomes. You will gather, organize, and validate data from various sources, clean and preprocess raw data, analyze trends and correlations, and provide insights to stakeholders. Additionally, you will create dashboards and reports, develop data models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct ad-hoc analysis, and stay updated with industry trends for continuous improvement. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R is required, along with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. A strong understanding of statistical methods, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders are essential. You should possess attention to detail, ability to work with large datasets, and work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
