About the job: Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer - Video Editor/ Designer Location: Noida/ Lucknow Department: Marketing/Content Creation Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and creative Video Creator and Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, editing, and delivering engaging video content across various platforms. You should have a strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and video production techniques. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize and create compelling video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and product promotions. 2. Plan shoots, including scripting, storyboarding, shot planning, and coordinating with talent or team members. 3. Operate camera equipment and manage lighting and audio during shoots. 4. Edit videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. 5. Add graphics, animations, subtitles, music, and other post-production elements. 6. Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). 7. Maintain an organized video asset library and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines. 8. Stay updated on video trends, techniques, and platform algorithms to enhance viewer engagement. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a video editor/creator with a strong portfolio. 2. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.). 3. Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording. 4. Strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling. 5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. 7. Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus. 8. Familiarity with social media content formats and requirements. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Degree or diploma in Film Production, Multimedia, Communication, or related field. 2. Experience with YouTube video creation, reels, shorts, and product explainers. 3. Passion for creative storytelling and brand communication.
